Have sent a reply to Westminster detailing all the figures that we highlighted in my last entry. Again I don't expect much, as Scottish Fuck-ups usually ignore Westminster too. What I really need is to find a solicitor willing to take on my case. I Have also written to Rodger Jeffries who is the watchdog of the Energy Supplier Ombudsman Service. I have written to him before and my letter was intercepted by someone in the Ombudsman Service (apparently this is procedural) who following their own (unrequested) review granted permission for me to contact Mr Jeffries directly.
